Extend Life

Since the beginning of time humans have tried to find ways to prolong life. And since that time a big step has been made through scientific discoveries, and biological research. Much of what we have learned has added to the quality of our lives. Nor does anyone claim that a particular lifestyle is a major contributor to the quality of our lives positively or negatively.

Longevity

However, as people, we have struggled with many imperfections, and over time we have failed in our efforts to find answers despite all the brilliant thoughts that have contributed to our existence,

but we must continue. Maintaining it prospectively there is no realistic reason for us to overeat because of stress or just greed, when there are proven ways to bend our tastes.

Poor eating habits and food preparation in certain ways are just as damaging to our lives. Binge eating at times is over, but our metabolism is forced to try and break down when our metabolic system is slow. Out coming is clear, the middle part pays the price. Often we never consider the long-term effects of our actions until problems arise and are forced to deal with them. The long-term effects can be very damaging so that the recovery in the form of a body frame carrying around pounds over a long period of time can have irreversible effects on the body.

The creation of life forms and life, is a scientific answer that has never been concluded, like how we become. But one thing we know is that if you have a collection of garbage, life will emerge from that garbage. Other dangerous creatures take the form of maggots and bacteria that live from dirt and leave garbage.

It goes without saying that our warm organs are hidden and unprotected where the gaps that accumulate from the collected garbage sit for a time interval that is damaged and formed with in us other dangerous things that create disease and a number of evil problems.

Longevity must begin with more attention to the problems that we allow to get out of control, overeating, garbage collection, stress, lack of exercise, all these things can be reduced to a certain level, and help not to go, but we must act fast for a lot of time passed away. Hopefully it's not too late. Prevention is a cure for all our diseases. At least most of them!
