Penis Enlargement - Fact or Fiction?

or circulatory disorders. They have overall poor blood circulation so they
cannot get the right blood flow in their penis area. Using a pump, not the

block the blood flow and consequently trap it in the penis. With the clamp in
place, a brief sexual encounter can occur. There is little medical evidence
that penis pumps cause a permanent permanent increase in penis size. However,
